Simple remote pricing

£45 — a session of up to 30 minutes, which covers most remote fixes: email and OneDrive tangles, printer sulks, is-this-a-scam checks, settings and clean-ups.

£75 — up to a full hour for bigger jobs, agreed before we carry on past the half hour.

And if it turns out the problem really needs hands on the machine, we will say so straight away and book a home visit at the usual £95 including the first hour.

One rule that keeps you safe: only ever give a connection code to someone you rang on 01274 905724. We will never phone you out of the blue asking for remote access — and neither will Microsoft, BT or your bank. If anyone does, hang up. Already given someone access?

What to do once it is open

Open the app or downloaded file On Windows, double-click SplashtopSOS.exe. On Mac or mobile, open the app you just downloaded. Nothing needs installing on Windows.

Read us the 9-digit code A big number will appear on your screen. Just read it out to us over the phone — that is all we need to connect.

Sit back and relax We will connect to your device and sort the problem while you watch. You are in full control and can disconnect at any moment.
