How it works
Exactly like our home visits, because it is the same engineers and the same honest pricing. Ring or use the form, tell us what is broken and when you are open. We come out, fix it, and the first hour is a full hour — if the fix is quick, we spend the rest of it on whatever else is niggling. You pay on the day and we leave you alone until you need us again.
Call it PAYG IT support if you like — pay for the visit, nothing else. No contract, no retainer, no minimum users, no direction of travel towards a monthly bill you did not ask for. If you would like us on a regular rhythm — say an hour a month to keep on top of things — that is a standing booking you can cancel by text, not an agreement.
Call-out including the first full hour — then £55 an hour, agreed before we continue. Remote help from £45 when the problem might not need a visit. Kit is always quoted and approved before we order anything.

Honest about what we are not
There is a gap between DIY IT — doing it all yourself — and a full managed IT contract. We live in that gap, and we are proud of it. Some businesses genuinely do outgrow pay-as-you-go — more staff, compliance requirements, kit that needs watching around the clock. When that day comes we will say so plainly, and we can hand you across to our sister company without you having to start the story from scratch. Common questions from small businesses
Do you really not do contracts?
Really. Book a visit, pay for the visit, done. A regular slot is available if you want one — but it is a standing booking you can cancel by text, not an agreement.
Can you come outside our opening hours?
Often, yes — early, evening or Sunday by arrangement, because we know you cannot shut the shop for the till to be fixed. Say when booking and we will be straight about what is possible that week.
Can you invoice our limited company?
Yes — a proper invoice with your business details on it, payable on the day by bank transfer or card.
How fast can you come out?
Usually within a couple of working days, often sooner for something that has stopped you trading. Ring and ask — if we cannot help quickly we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
